What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ varies by product type. For sublimation sportswear, it starts from 50 pieces per design. For cut & sew private label items, MOQ is typically 100–200 pieces. We also offer sample orders (1–5 pieces) for quality evaluation before placing bulk orders.
Do you offer OEM & Private Label services?
Yes, OEM and Private Label are our core services. We provide complete branding solutions including custom woven labels, printed hang tags, poly bags, individual boxes, barcode stickers, and custom packaging. Your brand — our manufacturing expertise.
How long is the production time?
Production timeline depends on order quantity and complexity. Samples are ready in 5–7 business days. Bulk orders typically take 14–21 business days after sample approval. Rush orders can be accommodated with prior arrangement. Shipping adds 5–10 days (air) or 25–35 days (sea).
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Our most active markets include USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Brazil. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS for air freight and major shipping lines for sea freight. Custom clearance documentation is handled by our logistics team.
